Payroll Schedules

Direct Deposit

Employees set-up direct deposit information during the HR Registration process. If you would like to change your direct deposit information, please complete the Direct Deposit Authorization Form and submit to the Payroll Office.

 

Pay Information

Faculty and staff can access their current and past pay stubs, view their direct deposit allocation, earnings and deductions history, or make changes to their tax withholding by visiting TopNet.

 

Pay Ranges

Every staff position has a select pay band based on required knowledge, skills, and abilities, Western Kentucky University benchmarks, and the level of responsibility consistent with other University positions.

Fringe Benefits

A fringe benefit is an employment benefit granted by an employer that has a monetary value but does not affect basic wage rate.  Employee Benefit Cost Chart
