Positive Communication and Mindfulness: Strategies to Reduce Future Imposter Syndrome and More

In this course, participants will learn strategies to use when supervising and communicating with graduate students and CF’s, to help reduce the risks of stress, burnout, and imposter syndrome, through mindfulness and positive communication.

Jessi Andricks, M.S., CCC-SLP

Jessi Andricks is a school-based SLP and yoga teacher with over a decade in each profession. She earned her degree in Communication Science and Disorders from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2008, and her 200-hr yoga certification in 2010. She brings both into her speech therapy sessions, as well as weekly classes in her community.  Jessi also presents and speaks on stress management, mindfulness, and more for fellow SLPs and educators.
