Ms. Chantel Wilson received her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University (WKU) and Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in English (with a concentration on Literature) and a minor in Professional Writing. She graduated with Cum Laude honors in 2014 and 2019 respectively. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership and began working at WKU in the office of Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action/University ADA Services, now the Office of Institutional Equity, in fall 2015. In her role, Ms. Wilson serves as the point of contact for all employees and third-parties/visitors with disability accommodation requests and accessibility concerns, facilitating workplace accommodations requests, and provides guidance and training regarding ADA. She manages all OIE cases and databases; in addition to compliance with Title IX Training for all faculty, staff, and students. Ms. Wilson also maintaining all aspects of OIE's websites, including incident forms, training requests, creating marketing materials, etc.
